For recurring cleaning, we aim for the same cleaner or small route team whenever scheduling allows. We say this carefully because holidays, illness and route changes can happen.

Can you clean when I am not home?

Yes, if access, keys and alarm instructions are agreed in writing before the first unattended visit.

What if something is missed?

Tell us within 24 hours with photos or details. We review it with you and agree on a focused re-clean or a fair adjustment.

  • Usually yes, confirmed in your quote. Some customers prefer their own products for specific surfaces, which we're happy to use.

  • For recurring cleaning we aim to keep the same cleaner or small team whenever scheduling allows. We don't promise it in every situation, but it's our preferred operating model.

  • Yes. We support Czech and English communication, and default to your preferred language across quote, scheduling and feedback.

  • Recurring home cleaning is priced by cleaner-hour with a minimum visit length. Deep, move-out and post-renovation cleaning may be priced by m² or after a quick photo review.

  • Recurring home cleaning starts from a 3-hour minimum. One-off standard cleaning starts from 4 hours.

  • Yes, if access and key handling are agreed in advance. We define the process clearly before the first unattended visit.

  • Tell us as soon as you know. We confirm the new time in the same thread so the crew route stays clear.

  • Tell us within 24 hours with photos or details. We review the situation with you and propose the fairest fix, from a focused re-clean to an adjustment on the next visit.

  • The confirmed quote states the applicable VAT treatment, depending on our current VAT status and customer type.
